She is an American guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, who was the guitarist of The all-girl rock group, The Runaways, in the mid 1970s.Their punkish sound and rebellious lyrics made them a hit in the rock world. The Runaways did not prove to be particularly successful within their native United States. However, their fame grew internationally, especially in Japan.
